B. This is a link to a YouTube channel that has posted the music to Mary Poppins Jr
Rehearse with the tracks but remember that the singers on the tracks are there for you to learn your notes and timing from, do not model your performance after these singers.

4. OFF BOOK announcement
You must be off book (memorized) for all group numbers by the January 7th rehearsal.

Our voice is one of the most sacred parts of who we are. It’s complexity is extraordinary. Think of all the amazing ways we use our voices to express who we are, how we feel, and what we think. Our characters deserve the same level of rich expression. Unfortunately actors will often reduce their character’s range... Monotonal characters sound weird. Be brave, have range.

“I've learned a lot of things about myself through singing. I used to have a certain dislike of the audience, not as individual people, but as a giant body who was judging me. Of course, it wasn`t really them judging me. It was me judging me. Once I got past that fear, it freed me up, not just when I was performing but in other parts of my life.”
~ Julie Andrews
